Training is fundamental to the success of IMEDGE
in your organization. Our training classes have been designed to provide users
with intense, hands-on learning activities to ensure their new knowledge and
skills transfer easily from "learner" to "user." The information on these pages
provides general information about our training services. Training content,
duration, and class size are ultimately determined by your users' roles, IMEDGE
workflow, and system configuration.
Imaging Basics
Designed for new IMEDGE users, this course is a perfect precedent to
IMEDGE
End User Training. Participants learn about the role of documents in your
organization, tools and strategies for capturing and storing documents, and the
relationship between workflow and imaging. This class also introduces how your
new imaging and document management will benefit your organization.

IMEDGE End User Training
End user training facilitates transition to your new IMEDGE
solution through discussion, demonstration, and hands-on practice of functions
and tasks.

IMEDGE Administrator Training
IMEDGE Administrator Training addresses basic management tasks such as
setting up and modifying user accounts, resetting passwords, viewing audit
records, and managing queues. more
System Administrator Training
System Administrator Training provides knowledge transfer from our support
staff to yours regarding backup and recovery of IMEDGE data and volume
administration. more

We provide onsite training at your location as well as our state-of-the-art
training center in downtown Chicago.
