What You Should Know About Us

ECS’ out-of-the-box solutions is immediately ready to use upon implementation and is designed to fulfill a certain process such as virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI), mobile services, application delivery, skype for business (SfB) unified communications, Microsoft exchange (email, calendar, contacts), IT service manager (ITSM) and data protection suite. Based on the customer requirements, all or some of these services can be purchased alone with a vast catalog of supported applications and operating systems.
All of these services can be demonstrated from one of ECS tenant demo sites.

Services – Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS)

ECS provides the hardware, software, servers, storage and other infrastructure components to support its clients. ECS also host users' applications and handle tasks including system maintenance, backup and resiliency planning. IaaS is provided for tenants to maintain control of their hosted platform while allowing ECS staff to control the cloud infrastructure on which the tenant resides. ECS also offers three tiers of storage that are available to customers on demand.
Multi-tenancy- A public cloud infrastructure that provides secure access to isolated compute, networking and storage services for each tenant.
